1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing jatbzz.com, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms form a binding contract between you (the "Player" or "User") and jatbzz (the "Platform" or "we" or "us").

jatbzz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the jatbzz platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with the jatbzz Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms that may apply to individual offers. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotional terms document, the promotional terms shall take precedence for the subject matter of that promotion only.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and maintain an active account on jatbzz, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. jatbzz strictly prohibits the use of its platform by anyone under the age of 18. 18+
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting in your own capacity.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be accessing jatbzz from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, gambling blocking service, or third-party exclusion programme.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jatbzz or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of such a person.

jatbzz enforces mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. Before any real-money wager may be placed or any withdrawal processed, you must submit satisfactory proof of identity and proof of age. Acceptable documents include a valid national ID card, passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh or other recognised authority. jatbzz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

If jatbzz discovers at any time that an account holder is under 18 years of age, jatbzz will immediately suspend the account, withhold all funds deposited and any winnings credited, and report the matter in accordance with its internal child protection procedures. Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the original payment method net of any withdrawals already processed, subject to verification.

3. Account Registration

Each eligible individual may register one account only on jatbzz. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, a different name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must promptly update your account information if any of these details change. jatbzz is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your jatbzz account using your credentials is your sole responsibility, whether or not it was carried out with your knowledge or authorisation. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, you must notify jatbzz support immediately at [email protected].

jatbzz reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. Account registration is free of charge and jatbzz does not charge any fee for opening or maintaining an account.

3.1 KYC Verification Timeline

jatbzz aims to complete standard KYC verification within 24–48 hours of receiving all required documents. During peak periods, including BPL season and major IPL matches, verification may take up to 72 hours. Players are advised to complete verification promptly after registration to avoid delays when requesting their first withdrawal.

Enhanced due diligence (EDD) checks may be applied to high-value accounts or accounts exhibiting unusual transaction patterns. EDD may require additional documentation including proof of source of funds, bank statements, or a utility bill confirming your residential address in Bangladesh.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

jatbzz processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals:

• bKash — personal wallet transfers only; merchant payments are not accepted.
• Nagad — personal wallet transfers only.
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking) — personal wallet transfers only.
• Upay — personal wallet transfers only.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum single deposit limit, however large deposits may trigger enhanced verification checks under jatbzz's anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawal requests via bKash or Nagad are typically processed within 30 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Rocket and Upay withdrawals may take up to 2 hours during peak periods.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment account that is registered in your own name and matches the name on your jatbzz account. Third-party deposits — where the sender of funds is not the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited. Any third-party deposits detected will be returned to the originating payment method and the receiving jatbzz account may be suspended pending investigation.

jatbzz does not charge any fees for deposits or standard withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may charge their own standard transaction fees, which are your responsibility. jatbzz is not liable for any fees levied by third-party payment service providers.

4.1 Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met in full:

• Your KYC verification must be complete and approved.
• Any bonus funds credited to your account must have met the applicable wagering requirements before the bonus-derived balance can be withdrawn. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.
• Your account must be in good standing — not suspended, under investigation, or flagged for unusual activity.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your verified available balance.

jatbzz reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending additional verification checks. In such cases, jatbzz will contact you at the email address registered on your account within 24 hours with details of the information required. Withdrawals will not be unreasonably delayed.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time jatbzz offers bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and seasonal deals to both new and existing players in Bangladesh. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published on the relevant promotion page and to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all jatbzz bonuses:

• Wagering requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 30 times the bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in total qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is achieved.
• Game contribution: Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Live baccarat, roulette, and table games typically contribute 10%–20%. Slots generally contribute 100%. Check the specific promotion page for the contribution table applicable to that offer.
• Expiry: Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire 30 days after the bonus is credited to your account. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus: Unless stated otherwise, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn as a result of bonus-derived winnings is capped at 10x the original bonus amount.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. You cannot claim a new bonus while an existing bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement is active on your account.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jatbzz reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.

jatbzz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time. If a bonus is cancelled by jatbzz, any bonus funds and associated wagering requirements will be removed from your account; real-money funds will not be affected.

Players who jatbzz reasonably believes are exploiting bonuses — including through bonus abuse, matched betting using jatbzz promotional funds, or coordinated play with other accounts — may have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed. jatbzz's determination in such matters is final.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on jatbzz are provided by licensed third-party game studios and operate using certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer tables, operate using physical dealing by trained dealers under real-time video surveillance. The outcomes of all games are determined solely by the certified RNG or the physical dealing process, and are not influenced by jatbzz, its employees, or any third party.

By participating in any game on jatbzz, you agree to abide by the specific rules of that game as published by the relevant game studio. In the event of a technical malfunction, network failure, or software error during a game round, jatbzz will investigate the affected round and, where the outcome cannot be determined with certainty, the wager for that round will be voided and the staked amount returned to your account balance. This is your sole remedy in the event of a game malfunction.

jatbzz strictly prohibits the use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, exploits, or any other tool that provides an unfair advantage over other players or circumvents the intended operation of any game. Any account found using such tools will be permanently closed and all balances forfeited.

For sports betting and cricket markets, jatbzz reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse bets at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where jatbzz suspects market abuse, insider information, or coordinated wagering activity. Cricket markets on jatbzz cover BPL, IPL, T20 internationals, Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series, ICC tournaments, and other events as listed. Settlement of all sports markets is based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football).

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on jatbzz and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering as a minor or providing false age information during KYC.
• Registering more than one account, whether personally or through a third party.
• Using the jatbzz platform for any money laundering activity or to facilitate the proceeds of any unlawful activity.
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback, or dispute any legitimate jatbzz transaction through your payment provider.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live games, or sports betting markets.
• Sharing account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to operate your jatbzz account.
• Using VPN, proxy, or IP masking tools to circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening conduct toward jatbzz staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the jatbzz platform, its software, or its security systems.
• Making deposits using payment methods registered in a third party's name or any stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

jatbzz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or dishonest activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Suspicion of money laundering or use of funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request submitted via the Responsible Gaming tools.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, jatbzz will aim to notify the account holder by email within 48 hours, unless notification is prohibited by an ongoing legal or regulatory investigation. During the suspension period, the account holder will not be able to log in, deposit, wager, or withdraw funds.

Where jatbzz closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited at jatbzz's discretion if the closure is a result of fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal conduct. In all other cases of account closure, the verified remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered BDT payment method within 10 business days.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting jatbzz support at [email protected]. Upon closure, your remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, provided all wagering requirements on any active bonuses have been met or the bonus has been forfeited. 8.1 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login or wagering activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. jatbzz will notify you by email prior to applying a dormancy status to your account. Once an account is classified as dormant, a monthly administrative fee of ৳200 (or the remaining balance if lower) may be deducted until the account balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player logging in and completing a deposit.

8.2 Intellectual Property

All content on the jatbzz platform — including but not limited to the jatbzz brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphic designs, written content, and software — is the intellectual property of jatbzz or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, display, or create derivative works from any jatbzz content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of jatbzz intellectual property may result in legal action.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jatbzz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service. jatbzz's total aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the value of the player's verified account balance at the time the claim arises. jatbzz does not exclude liability for fraud, personal injury, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8.4 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through jatbzz's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief before a competent court.
